"I haven't run in about 6 years, though have been wanting to race 5ks again. Every time I tried to train it was painful, and I was huffing and puffing. Not much fun. In the meantime I started clinic! Recently a girlfriend asked me to participate in her charity 5K run/walk event. I had intended to walk a little, run a little, walk a little, run a little, etc... I started running at a slow pace and kept on running the entire 5k! I surprised myself with not much huffing and puffing... and better yet, no body pain!!!"

The session we had definitely did something to me energetically. Interesting things have happened. Our Dance
God deposited me upon your doorstep, a weary soul and twisted body.
Only the alchemy between us would bring the solution.
And so we began our dance.
We tiptoed into darkened corners, peered down the darkest wells, and discovered self made cages.
Each week the form remained the same, the dance itself was different, A pirouette to undo a corkscrew,
an oscillating wave connecting to the Mother, Dancers Pose acknowledging I AM.
All the while knowing this was scripted long before we entered these physical bodies.
My roots grew deep and intertwined with yours.
Our forever dance continues.
